Carlos Orlando
Born in East LA and raised in the San Fernando Valley, Carlos Orlando is an actor, writer, and improviser based in Los Angeles. He is a current cast member of Characters Welcome (Costello) and Mess Hall (Blitzen) at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre, Los Angeles.
