Mark Atkin
Mark is a film/TV actor and stunt performer, he is known for his character Ketkrókur, a Dark Elf in the movie "Krampus". His career began as the scale acting and stunt double for Thorin Oakenshield in the "The Hobbit" trilogy. He then graduated with a Bachelor of Performing Arts from Te Ahaha NZ Institute of Creativity, Wellington, NZ. His theatre debut was as Krapp in Samuel Beckett's "Krapps Last Tape", before appearing in Dexter Fletcher's "Rocketman" and the TV series "Young Offenders" and "The Brigade". An accomplished creature performer, Mark is also a member of both the New Zealand and Irish Stunt Guilds. Mark will appear in the "Curse of the Shaman" and "Bound to Work" movies in 2022.
