Martin W. Payne
Martin W Payne is an English character and improvisational actor who has performed in Hotel Interactive Entertainment (murder mystery weekends) for over 25 years, and started screen acting for UK Independent and Student Film Makers almost seven years ago. His first acting work for screen was in August 2014 for Invasion of the Not Quite Dead, since when he has extended his acting filmography to over 75 credits, including work for Mj Dixon, Sam Mason-Bell, and Hill Burton. Since moving to film acting, Martin has been a leading character in over 30 feature films, with his most recent appearances being in Monstrous Disunion (2021) (TrashArts/HB Films, 2021), I Scream on the Beach! (2020) (TIS Films, 2020), Pandamonium (2020) (Mycho Entertainment, 2020) and The Last Sex Lies & Depravity (2019) (Wade Radford Presents). Martin's current films in production are Mask of the Devil (Ash Mountain Films), Mosaic (2023) (TIS Films) and Tales from the Great War (2022) (Ciao Handy) with others due to start production later in 2021 and 2022. Martin was born in Barking, London, UK, and generally works in the horror genre, and was awarded Best Actor at the 2020 Brighton Rocks International Film Festival for his work in two horror films, Philia (2021) and "Tales From The Grave: Gray Haze".
